It was Noah’s ability to take smaller defenders into the paint and bully his way to the basket or pull an opposing big out to the wing that made him a mismatch problem all weekend. His advantage was his quick feet combined with ball handling for a kid his size, this allowed him to get a step on his bigger defenders. Noah also controlled the glass and was rewarded for setting very solid screens with easy layups. His next step in his improvement will be embracing that he is a “tweener” and he must continue learning ways to contribute. We certainly will be tracking this SE All-Freshman Invitational Top 40 Allstar closely over the next few seasons.
