Whether it's running cross country, track, or basketball, Laila Anderson is a proven warrior. Standing only 5'1, Laila has the heart of a giant and will not back down from any challenges on or off the court. At the 2018 Hot 100 Middle School Showcase she fell short of making the All Star team. Disappointed she was, however it didn't stop her from working hard. In fact it made her more determined. Fast forward a few months later to a loaded SE All-Freshman Invitational. Laila not only redeems herself, but she became an Allstar. This little fireball we know as Laila Anderson is proof you can use your disappointment as your determination.
