Jaythan Bosch solidified his mark in NEO Youth Elite folklore by going toe-to-toe with viral sensation Julian Newman in an impromptu battle in front of a capacity crowd. Not only did the underdog hold his own but he stole the show with his own display of quickness, shiftiness, mean crossovers and step-back threes. The play that really made Jaythan an overnight celebrity was when he got by Julian and gave the helpside defender a sip of crossover that left him staggering, while Jaythan proceeded to finish him off with the jumper. The crowd rushed the floor like the NCAA title had been won with a last second shot...thus instantly making Jaythan the most popular kid in the camp.
