Tyler Willoughby

(Game Elite 17U/McEachern HS/Atlanta, GA) 2018 6'2 CG - Tyler was a strong piece of the Game Elite 17U backcourt at the Big Time Hoops National Showcase. He is an athletic, strong-built combo guard that can play on or off the ball equally. We loved Tyler's ability to get to the rim but also how he kept his eyes up when attacking the rim, finding open teammates for his fair share of assists. We also noticed he didn't mind getting into the paint and competing for rebounds. What was really eye-catching was his never die attitude. He had a couple of chase down blocks that were pinned to the backboard simply from not giving up on the play.
