Matthew is another prospect that the GMR staff has been tracking the last few seasons. This athletic, strong forward was extremely tough to keep off the boards during the Hoops Cities Jamboree. He was also a defensive terror, evident in the way he threw a couple opponents’ shots out of bounds with some huge blocks. Matthew ran the court extremely well and was rewarded with a couple of big time dunks. He is currently being recruited by UNCW, Hampton, UNCG, App State, ECU, and Bucknell and with a strong junior season there will a few more schools looking to add Matthew to their future roster.
