Team Breakdown 2023 is a roster full of future D1 prospects. They walked away with the championship of the NYBL in a loaded field of extremely competitive teams. One of the key reasons for their success was the play of their point guard Marvell Allen. He was able to get the team in their right sets and handled all types of different looks from the defense. Marvel’s versatility was on full display as he played both positions in the backcourt and defended the one, two, and the three. When Team Breakdown needed a bucket, Marvel had plenty of tricks up his sleeve to choose from. This kid is obviously one of the top prospects in Florida and has already received his invitation to the Fresh Outta Middle School Invitational.
