Damiya Hagemann (Michigan Crossover Adams 16U/ Detroit Edison HS/Detroit, Michigan) 2021 57 PG
Damiya Hagemann is one of the smoothest freshman point guards in the country we've seen thus far. Her poise and floor leadership at this age is incredibly mature. What was probably more impressive was her court awareness, vision, and ability to drop dimes with amazing accuracy. She used in-and-outs as well as hesitation moves to stall defenders before she delivered a spot on no-look pass. She is by far one of the best transition passers we've come across.
Already holding offers from Michigan, Ohio State, lowa, and others, Damiya Hagemann looks to be on path to be a program changer.

Kaybriana Hallman (West Michigan Drive/Comstock Park HS/Grand Rapids, MI) 2021 6’2 F
Kaybriana Hallman was another standout to the GetMeRecruited staff at the April Showers event in Detroit, Michigan. She is a very long and versatile forward who ran the floor like a deer. She did an excellent job defending the post and secured most of her team’s rebounds on both ends. Kaybriana has very soft hands around the basket and at one point spearheaded her team’s run with her putbacks and her ability to establish great position for easy looks. We really liked this young lady and think her upside makes her worth investing in now.Â
Madison Royal-Davis (Michigan Crossover Adams 16U/Rogers HS/Toledo, OH) 2021 5’8 G
What immediately caught our eye with Madison Royal-Davis was her versatility and how active she was on the block as well as defense; battling for rebounds with bigger opponents and stepping out draining 3s. Madison would grab it coming off the rim and push the break before the defense could react. This long-armed freshman guard, playing in the 17U bracket for Michigan Crossover, went to the basket aggressively against the older competition and kept her focus to finish.
Shaulana Wagner (Michigan Crossover 16U/Detroit Edison HS/Detroit, MI) 2020 5’8 CG
You couldn’t watch Michigan Crossover 16U play in the 17U bracket at April Showers Tournament and not notice Shaulana Wagner as the most active player on the floor. She was literally all over the floor putting pressure on the ball causing points off turnovers opportunities. But what we loved was her physicality. She’s one tough attacking guard that plays thru the bumps, bruises, and borderline flagrant fouls to finish at the rack. Being that she’s a great passer and a pretty accurate long range sniper, Shaulana is effective at either the point or off guard position.Â
Ruby Whitehorn (Michigan Crossover Cooper/Brown/Detroit Edison Middle/Detroit, MI) 2022 5’8 PG
If there was one young lady we saw a tremendous future in it was Ruby Whitehorn. This young lady showed poise and leadership at the point, and shot the long ball like a shooting guard with accurate range. Ruby attacked the rim aggressively from the perimeter like a wing, but also got down and dirty fighting for rebounds in the paint like a post. She’s a pure athlete that also plays lacrosse, football, tennis, baseball, wrestling, archery, and swimming. She’s even talented and competitive enough to play in the all boys league, the Detroit PAL. Yes she has some development needed in some areas like every other youngster, but right now she’s leading the pack.Â
