Girardi seemed determined to make the most of his opportunity durning the Big Time Hoops Circuit Showcase and he did exactly that. He had a strong motor, which mixed well with his length and athleticism, and constantly kept him around the rim. Girardi was hard to keep off the glass and walked away with the Defensive MVP by having more than his fair share of huge blocks. With basketball still being relatively new to Girardi, his upside is apparent so we expect him to start getting some college attention soon. We surely expect to follow his progression over the high school season.
