One of the smoothest kids we saw all weekend was 6’8 Corey Dunning. This young man is a clutch shooter who will knock it down even with a hand in his face. This long wing has a pretty solid handle on the ball and used his quickness and athleticism to blow by bigger defenders and draw the contact. For smaller opponents Corey shot over the top and brought out the Harden step-back that was crisp like new money. If he hasn’t broken out to the masses as of yet he had a pretty good start at the Exposure Hoopfest, he looked every bit like a major prospect. Corey Dunning could be the poster child for upside.
