The GMR staff is quite familiar with Cam Hayes and as we expected he had another strong performance at the Hoop Cities Jamboree. This poised, crafty point guard has a solid basketball IQ and knows how to run his team in their halfcourt sets. However, when it's time to run or push the tempo Cam is more than capable of doing that as well, consistently finding open teammates for easy looks at the basket. While playing off the ball, Cam didn't miss a beat and stepped up when it was his time to score. With his feel for the game, skillset, and athleticism, it's no wonder why Cam Hayes is considered one of the top combo guards of North Carolina's 2020 class.
