Avery is a long point guard that can be played either on or off the ball. He handled full-court pressure very well and was able to find teammates over the zone by using his length and making pinpoint passes for easy buckets. With his size, handle, and overall basketball IQ, Avery certainly took full advantage of his opportunity to jump on our radar. He earned himself an invitation to the 4th Annual Hot 100 Middle School Showcase with his strong play at the Rise Above Invitational at North Iredell HS. We will be tracking his progress over the next few seasons.
