Sarah Strong just may be the best seventh grader in North Carolina. You certainly can’t argue she made a great case at the GetMeRecruited/LBI Spring Fling in Charlotte. Sarah is a big post-sized guard who knows exactly how to use her size as an advantage. She bodied defenders in transition and in the halfcourt. Adding to the degree of difficulty in guarding her was her deceptive ball handling that drew constant oohs and awws from the crowd. Most guards in her age group are too small to slow her down and bigs aren’t quick enough to stay in front of her. Small guards were defenseless against her post up game and ability to pass out of the double team. Be on the lookout for Sarah Strong, this youngster has some serious game.
