There was one kid who came into the NEO Youth Elite Showcase with a lot of buzz and that was Chicago native Jalen Griffith. This super athletic and quick guard was very explosive and especially lethal in transition and he makes it all look easy. Armed with a step-back that demanded respect, Jalen used his tight handle and hesi-moves to freeze defenders before he blew by. There’s no question this exceptionally smooth kid is one of the ballers coming up next.
