Lamont Taylor

Lamont Taylor was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in Lumberton, NC. A Navy veteran, Lamont holds a BS in Psychology from the University of North Carolina Pembroke and a MBA in General Business from Capella University. In January 2020, Lamont ICF Certified, launching his latest venture as Owner of Changing The Game Life Coach, LLC and lead Life Coach. With an extensive basketball background dating back over 20 years, Lamont has coached on multiple levels and garnered a host of strong relationships with both the high school and college basketball worlds. Under his tutelage, hundreds of student athletes have gone on to see success at the collegiate level, whether athletically or academically. Lamont is well respected by countless coaches, recruiters and other evaluators as a trusted and reliable source for judging the talent and potential of prospects. In almost a 10 year span, Taylor and his staff have laid the foundation of what’s become a household name in basketball evaluation in GetMeRecruited.
